I’ve been working in property since I was 16, starting out as an apprentice lettings negotiator. From the beginning I knew it was something I actually enjoyed, being out on viewings, speaking to people and just being part of the whole process.
I did take a step away to finish college, while working as an administrative supervisor for a large retail chain. That’s probably where my obsession with organisation comes from. I like things done properly, everything in the right place, nothing missed. Some people might call it over the top, I call it doing the job right.
I moved back into property as a senior lettings negotiator, helping manage a portfolio of over 250 residential and commercial properties. That’s where I built real experience and saw first hand what landlords actually need, someone reliable, someone consistent, and someone who pays attention to the details.
